Audley End

| On one of the few days of summer, Ben and I went to Audley End. We went by bus from Cambridge to Saffron Walden - it takes an hour, winding through several very attractive villages and countryside - from where we walked to Audley End. No photography allowed in the house unfortunately. |

Roman bread

| We went to the Pompeii exhibition at the British Museum. Lots of fascinating things including some carbonised Roman loaves. No photography allowed so when I got home I made my own - not too carbonised though! |
